Meet Our Team

Ari
Ari Huitzilopochtli is a cultural practitioner, retreat guide, and co-founder of Healing of Healers Retreats. Based in Guanajuato, Mexico, she carries over 20 years of experience as an Aztec dancer and smokeholder, embodying ancestral traditions that honor ceremony, movement, and spiritual connection. Ariadna’s work bridges ancient practices with modern approaches to wellness, offering a grounded and heart-centered path to healing. At her family’s guesthouse, Casa Zúñiga, she facilitates retreats that blend ritual, somatic practices, and nourishing food, inviting guests to slow down, restore, and remember their sacredness. Her offerings are open to all, with special care for caregivers and healers seeking renewal and deeper spiritual connection.

Carmen
Carmen Noonan is a holistic nurse educator, retreat facilitator, and co-founder of Healing of Healers Retreats. With more than 14 years of nursing experience in critical care and perioperative settings, she now devotes her work to bridging holistic healing, cultural wisdom, and modern nursing practice. Carmen is also the founder of Cultivated Consciousness and host of the podcast Chingonas y Chisme, where she explores the intersections of healing, identity, and sacred living.
As a doctoral nursing student (DNP-FNP) and certified Cannabis Nurse Coach, Carmen is passionate about fusing nursing science with plant medicine, mindfulness, and somatic integration. Her approach to healing is rooted in reciprocity and remembrance—honoring the body as a sacred vessel and the earth as our greatest teacher. Carmen’s work invites others to return to wholeness, embrace rest as medicine, and reimagine what it means to be a healer in today’s world.
